What types of payment do you accept?

All of our work is COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, or Personal Check.

Do you have hours on weekends?

Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday. We schedule calls between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. We can send a mechanic out on the weekend at the emergency rate.

What kind of guarantee do you provide for your work?

We provide a 30 day guarantee on snake outs and a 1 year warranty on all other work. Our Platinum Service Agreement customers recieve an extended 2 year warranty on all work besides snake outs.

Will you install parts that I purchased?

Yes. We can install your material but we will not guarantee it.
